More About Hack Hall Stables

A family business founded in 1990 we are proud to provide you and your horse with the North East's premier DIY livery stables.

It has two outdoor, floodlit arenas with sand and fibre all-weather surfaces. A "Monarch" solarium was installed in 2015.

Stabling is divided into two blocks East and West Stables, with each block having its own kitchen, toilet and there are three undercover hay/straw/haylage areas.

Livery clients have access to secure tack/storage areas adjacent to their stables [limited to 3 clients per Tack Room].

Competitively priced horse feed is supplied by the farm and delivered weekly to each tack room. Horse feed can also be supplied to non-liveries by arrangement.

Our Certificates

 

All grazing paddocks have their own gateway with no more than 8 horses per paddock. The paddocks are fenced with either post and rail or high tensile "Gallagher" off-mains electric fencing.

There are separate summer and winter grazing paddocks. The farm has a
veterinary approved, industry standard worming programme in place.

Horses are Worm Counted 3 times a year & EquiSal Tapeworm Twice a year and
wormed once a year in February. [Every 13 weeks]

In the summer months manure is collected by stable clients and removed from
the grazing paddocks by the owner.

There is secure, hard-standing parking available, at a small extra cost, for both
horse trailers and horseboxes.
